1. Using the app
You may use THAAD for lawful personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms and the terms of the platform from which you obtain it. You must meet any applicable age requirements. If you use THAAD for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
THAAD provides browsing, supported downloads, local file management, media playback, internet speed testing and music recognition. Availability depends on your device, app version, permissions, network and third-party services. Watch Later streams supported video links online. Speed-test results and music matches depend on current conditions.
2. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights to your files. You are responsible for the content you access, download, import, create and share, and for having the necessary rights or permission to do so.
Do not use THAAD to infringe copyright, access systems without permission, distribute harmful content or evade access controls. A technical ability to download or save something does not give you permission to copy or distribute it. Respect the terms of websites and services you use.
3. Third-party services
Websites, search engines, file providers and other services you access through THAAD are operated by their respective providers. Their content, availability and policies are outside our control. THAAD is not affiliated with or endorsed by a website merely because you can open it in the browser.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies. We may change or limit integrations when necessary for technical, legal or operational reasons.
4. Your files and backups
You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important files. Review the destination and selected items before moving, sharing or deleting content. Permanently deleted files may not be recoverable.
We work to maintain reliable functionality, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every website or recovery from every device, network or storage failure.
5. App rights and distribution
THAAD’s name, design and software are owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you. Third-party software remains subject to its own licenses; relevant acknowledgements are available in the app.
If you obtain THAAD through Apple’s App Store, the applicable Apple terms and app license agreement also apply. These website terms do not replace mandatory platform terms or your statutory rights.
